Step 1

Document Generator System

This will be your own user name and password to guarantee absolute confidentiality

Step 2

Put your name into the 'Add User' field and Click.

Then choose your name from the 'Select User' field and click.

Add your user

On your customised version, you will only see those people in your company who have used the system. You can even set up multiple users so that colleagues or different departments can order their print direct.

Step 3

Simply click onto the image to select the desired stationery you wish to order.

Select your stationary

This will show an exact replica of your existing stationery.

Step 4

Complete the relevant fields, e.g, name, telephone etc. that you wish to see on the stationery. Then select 'Approve' to see a proof.

Enter your user data

You decide which elements of the stationery can be changed, thereby ensuring that your corporate image remains constant. No more unauthorised changes to the layout or typestyle of your corporate ID.

Step 5

Approve your order

Approve by clicking on 'Order' unless you wish to change anything, in which case you will need to repeat the last process.

Imagine the time savings! You can make amendments on line, much quicker than dealing with conventional and time-consuming paper based proofs and faxes.

Step 6

Complete the order form as requested, and then click on 'Order'. This is a demo site, and therefore no live orders will be sent, so you can continue through the ordering process!
